We supply our knitting machines from the companies that keep up with the technology and have been specialized in machinery production. We're cooperating with Pilotelli, Monarch, Terrot, Mayer. We always use original spare parts in order to ensure sustainability of the fabrics manufactured by our machines. We supply the needles from Groz Beckar and Monarch. In order to prevent the oil stains that may occur on the fabrics, we use "kluber" gear oils that can be easily removed even if the fabric is processed in the dyehouse. We control the fabrics to monitor the quality. We intervene the process at the very initial stage or before an error occurs. Before the knitting process, the quality of the raw fabric is approved by washing and dyeing the fabric or by applying steam on it. Then the fabric becomes ready to be manufactured.
